”Its high end with great decor and fab spa facilities. Our stay was somewhat spoiled by drunken guests and their friends in the next room making excessive noise and shouting between 12.30-2.30 am, keeping us awake, security was called twice to try and resolve and did offer us a rom change in the middle of the night which was not practical. On speaking to Harry the manager it appears this was not the only case that evening. The hotel should consider introducing a quiet policy after 12 with...

”Lovely building and really helpful owners / staff . Was really clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good . Only a couple of minor things really , the shower head kept dipping down so was a bit of pain when you were shampooing etc . Bit noisy at night time but obviously the very nice owners can’t help that .”

”No phone in room. Fan faulty. One window opened slightly the other didn't. Asked for Seaview but declined. Restaurant menu doesn't attract the area e.g seafood. Unaccessible garden through basement. Party on Saturday meant the hotel users were barred without consent to the area. No safety in the sauna such as wear slippers.”

”There is a lovely garden with a view to the sea and there was just a short walk to the beach. The choice of breakfast was good as was the service.
The only downside is there isn't a lift and no porter service to the rooms which were all upstairs. This was my own fault as I should have checked when I booked. Just be aware when booking if you have any sort of disability. ”
