”When we walked in the room at 9.45pm the room was freezing cold, we found the radiators and turned the heating on but at 11pm the heating went off and didn’t come on again until the morning which meant we was cold all night. Plus there was a clear draft coming through the main front door and from the bathroom.
When we looked around the room there was black mould by the front door and around the bath.
There was a stain on the bed sheet.
