”We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!”

”Nice, comfortable bedroom but you could hear the noise from the road. View to a meadow. English breakfast ok, but I missed cheese and cold cuts on my slice of bread. Gym was good. Nothing to do within short walking distance, and I didn't find a nice route for evening walk either. I stayed here because had a meeting here, but next time would opt for a hotel in town.”

”Very basic rooms, double beds very small, nowhere to put luggage or clothing Food was poor particularly breakfast Some members of staff were excellent but others somewhat unhelpful Parking was good Toilet facilities in the pub were dirty”

”Room was clean except burns in carpets. Flies in restaurant- get a big bug zapper! Staff were superb Dinner extremely tasty except charge for pods which lay empty of £45.00 for 2 hours. Breakfast was lovely Location is great but a lot of road noise all day and night from everything from motor bikes to tractors. Property has 2 windows to counter noise but still prevalent.”

”Staff were great! Room was a terrific size and the bathroom was stellar. Parking was free. There was no breakfast, but the pub downstairs had games and entertainment. It was summer and quite hot so the windows had to be open resulting in a few spiders making their way in, but that would be expected honestly. I would absolutely stay here again!”

”Nice location , price and ambiance BUT I had three simple questions when I checked in. The receptionist knew the answer to none of them ( had to check ) : would there be coffee in the morning ? Answer No, not til the restaurant opened at 830 am !!!( Old COFFEE Inn ?!? ). Was the restaurant still open ( closing at 8pm ...didn't know what they were serving ). Would the 8pm World Cup match be shown ? ( Mind you there was a sign out front advertising it ). NO, they only put the TV on for England...
