”Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!”

”We enjoyed a very relaxing two-night getaway in Pat’s ground floor apartment. The views are gorgeous and the apartment is set up beautifully, with lovely art and numerous fascinating cookbooks. We found the bed incredibly comfortable. While we had all we needed for our light cooking, the kitchenware offerings were extensive. The Newtown General Store, recommended by Pat, is a must for delicious and inexpensive sandwiches. After a bike ride from Monroe to Trumbull, we had a great time sipping...
