”Our flight to Vancouver was cancelled so we were not able to make it to Vancouver on time for our hotel stay so we asked if we could please have a refund or some sort of compensation for our hotel reservation & stay and they said no! We spent a lot of money on our room. "The location and free shuttle bus were good. The staff in the restaurant downstairs were great. It's worth trying the French fries in the restaurant. They were on point. On the downside, I have to say that the shower was completely out of soap and both coffee cups were dirty. You can hear in the room, when airplanes are landing and takeoff, but that's part of the deal when it's an airport hotel. :)"
