”Everything was so great, comfortable bed and sheets. Breakfast was wonderful. The only 2 things for us is we did wake up hot and the toilet is super low to the floor like hobbit size. Lol. . There was a portable cooler type thing which it helped. Otherwise its an awesome place. ”

”I only stayed for a day but it was a stay to remember. The check in time was later than I’m used to but you have your own parking spot reserved with your room, you walk though a beautiful garden to get to the room, we reserved the storyteller suite, so our view faces the setting sun which was gorgeous. ”The room, though small, was charming. The staff were super helfpul and nice. The granola at breakfast was yummy and they even made us a breakfast and left it in our room in a cooler the day we had an early hike.”

”We stayed two nights in Red Baron cabin. The Cabin was otherwise ok, but worn out a little bit. The place was nice with mountains all around. Breakfast was served from 8 to 8.30. The Innkeeper prepared the breakfast herself. It was homemade and different from regular hotels. The bad thing about it was that you couldn´t decide yourself what to have for breakfast. As a whole the place was quite ok but next time I visit Durango I propably go somewhere else”

”What a lovely inn. Greeted as though you’re an old friend, you feel immediately as though you are a welcomed addition. I get up very early and the fireplace in the lounge, along with the coffee, banana, and writing space were amazing. Feeling thankful my husband, dog and I found this place!”

Our room was spacious and very relaxing, with a patio in back. Our only regret is, we did not get to stay longer. ”
