”Paid for hotel through Expedia. The day after I checked out the hotel made a charge to my credit card for over $300.00. They never contacted me about why I was receiving this charge. I made multiple calls to the hotel and they refused to return my calls. Stay away.”

”We reserved 2 nights stay. First evening there was need to cancel the next day stay. Receptionists (2 of them) said that you must contact expedia/ hotels.com. BW side that is ok. I contacted and everything seemed to go well. Anyhow later next day there appeared an information that BW jotel denies and wants that we pay both nights... we were in the other city and in the other hotel. Very bad feelings.”

”Really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were pretty comfortable. The bathroom was big and the shower was nice. For a small drive-by town we were very impressed with CB&M! Wish there more places like this to stay! Highly recommend staying there!”

”Staff was friendly. But we had issues in pur room daily. First the air conditioning leaked from a blocked condensation line. They came and fixed it but left the soaked pillow and water all over the floor running under the pullout bed our kids were sleeping on. Told them about this, but still Noone was sent to clean up. Then the next night air conditioning stopped working. They sent soemone to fix that the next day. Then it leaked again all over the floor. Between being hot amd stuffy and the...

”Great location to the lakes, comfortable bed, good amenities. It was clean and we appreciated the soap and shampoo in the bathroom/shower. Good shower water pressure and TV and cable selections. There is no real view other than other backyards. A couple of opportunities to improve - the outdoor furniture was dusty and dirty which made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space, the bed is a double not a queen (queen frame which took up most of the bedroom space).”
