”Our family of 6 stayed for 3 nights while in Melbourne for medical reasons and it was perfect for our purposes. The proximity to Linacre Private Hospital, supermarket and food outlets was excellent. The unit was spotless and we really appreciated everything that made it feel like a home including a fully decked out kitchen with the little things that make a difference when cooking while away - like glad wrap and paper towel. The kids thought TVs in their own rooms for a few days was pretty neat....

”Just horrid. Despite the nice photos presented for this property, when we arrived we discovered that the house (floors, couch), some of the bedding and kitchen appliances (including the oven, crockery, dishwasher and tea towel) were dirty. The property needs lots of basic maintenance - the range hood and tv didn’t work, shower door, shower head, toilet roll holder and basketball ring were all broken, recycling bin overflowing, drafty windows in the bedrooms. We also weren’t given any...

”We recently stayed in this property as a family. It had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was well presented and highly comfortable and the hosts were very informative and provided thorough information. It had all the amenities a normal household would making it a home away from home. I would highly recommend it for any families.”

”Beautiful accomodation”

”We had 3 families needing a place to stay whilst there was a youth regatta at the local sailing club. This house was in a great location where kids (14 - 17 years) could ride their bikes or walk down the beach to the sailing club. The adults could spread out in different areas in the house. The kids enjoyed having their own space with a playstation, couch and bunk beds upstairs. Albert, the owner, was available when we locked ourselves out and gave us some flexibility with check in and check out...

”Well sized and appointed property. Pool, sauna and spa all perfectly clean and ready to go on arrival. Good communication and easy check in process. Would recommend. ”

”Booked this accommodation while we were rennovating our house. Close to school and shops. Enough space to park two cars. Good quality heating and cooling. Towels, sheets and linen is good. Kitchen is fully stocked with enough pots, pans, plates and cutlery to easily cater for a family of 4 or more. All appliances work. Washer/dryer combo works well too. Small backyard shared with the granny flat which is rented out separately. Some road noise due to fronting onto lower Dandenong Rd but...
