”Love this house! Had everything we needed for a wk stay, kept on extending it as there was no other place we rather stay at. 2 min drive from the mall and all amenities, waterfront is a few mins drive away as well. Great quality linen, towels, bath products and shower pressure was perfect. Very private and easy parking, yet on the main road and fast to get into the bridge to go into the city. Would book again! ”

”Staying with Joe felt like staying with family in the nicest way. Communication was clear and friendly, everything was taken care of, and the room itself is exactly as listed. Joe was so lovely and warm, even invited me up for a drink and a chat. When he discovered I was a musician he was more than happy to lend me his guitar for the duration of the stay. This is the perfect home base to go out and explore the city from. Would 100% stay again.”

It’s warm and cosy with views over rooftops to the city. Yvette has thought of everything and kindly left food and water bowls for our whippet and fresh flowers on the table. ”Noticeably clean and thoughtfully curated property. Was a perfect overnight stay for a family of four including 2 school-aged children. The unit is actually the front-half of a larger property - door separating the 2 in the middle of the house but blocked off. Whilst the back property was occupied and using the driveway, any noise was limited.”

”We stayed in the Western Penthouse. This property is beautiful, large open plan living and kitchen/dining. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater and the view out the bay and to Mt Wellington is stunning. Three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate laundry make it feel like home away from home. Complimentary laundry powder, wash/shampoo/conditioner is supplied. Nothing was a problem, fresh towels were supplied when requested. Thank you for a lovely stay. We definitely recommend...
