”This Kingston home is in a quiet neighborhood located a throws distance from Hobart. Home was immaculate and very comfortable. We were a grp of 4 friends in 40’s - 60’s. This was our 5th home in 2.5 weeks. By far the most comfortable. Big points for the dryer as we noticed most homes provided the washer but not the dryer. The home is updated with ample pantry & other accessories in kitchen. We wanted for nothing. Had a couple questions during our stay that the property manager, Nicola was able...

”A cosy property perfect for a small group, the location is fantastic, easy walking distance to everywhere in the city and surrounds. The host was excellent and ready to help with any of our needs.”

”Great spot at the door step to Mt Feild. Very few places this close to Tasmanian wilderness at your front door with all the comforts of home. Excellent cafe called Fika nearby at Maydena. Worth the short drive for morning or afternoon tea or a great lunch. Highly recommend.”

”Jane Cottage is perfect home stay accommodation . A very cute 1855 stone cottage with a very adequate extension for 2 people. But it has some lovely personalised and quirky little additions that make it unique . It was a just around the corner to a classy bottle shop and heaps of all types of eating and drinking places . It only took us around 25 minutes to walk down to the waterfront straight down Elizabeth St. Bed was extremely comfortable and had a beautiful little courtyard to look out too...

”My husband, our dog, and I stayed one night in this cottage and absolutely loved it. We had our privacy, but could easily contact host if needed. Once checked in we had our own private exit/entry. The cottage was very clean, beautiful designed, and the little touches left for guests by the host were very much appreciated. We were so sad we only booked it for a night. Our dog didn't want to leave either. Thank you for a WONDERFUL home away from home.”

”We enjoyed our stay it’s a lovely location with stunning rural view. Beds were comfy & the hot water hot. The geese in the vines kept us amused. We brought our own coffee machine with us but apart from that everything was supplied.”

”Fantastic location. Easy walk to waterfront and city attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. Room quiet despite being on a busy thoroughfare. Airport Skybus stops just out the front. Would have loved a coffee machine. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hobart.”

”St. Ives is so quiet, beds are soooo comfy, staff great, it's clean, quiet and not overpriced and the shower is the best. There are plenty of mirrors in the apartment plus toaster, kettle, etc. Its on Point! Highly recommended 👌 ”
