”The room was clean though the wall paper is peeling off the walls ”

”We got there late but they got us promptly checked in the gentleman behind the desk. That evening was really friendly. The next morning I watched an irrational customer being sectionally rude to the guy who happened to be behind the desk that morning who took it all in stride. It's very friendly and tried to be accommodating. The breakfast was okay. Normal fair for a hotel. Rooms were clean.”

”Solid, clean hotel. Outside the Madison bustle and far enough from the freeway to be quiet. Zero complaints as it was just what we needed.”

”It is a beautiful place , My only complaint would be that the pool area is very loud when the kid splash area is on So not relaxing in the hottub”

”King suite was huge and had a lake view. Very clean and appeared recently updated. Definitely will return.”

Cindy, Jim, Bailey, and Melissa care about each person they serve, and Dax (a service dog in training) gives the best greetings when he is there. This will be my go to place when I need to come to Sheboygan.”

”I checked in just before 8:00 PM during a 33-hour road trip with the goal of getting a full night of rest. At approximately 3:00 AM, I was awakened by a rat in my room. It was eating my dog’s food and stuffing the food inside my shoes next to the bed. This was a serious sanitation and safety issue, not a minor inconvenience. I was moved to another room, but I was unable to sleep afterward due to concern about additional rodents. The room was also very cold upon arrival, and the overall...

”The room was really clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, we had everything we needed and it is located in a really cool area- I was hesitant about not staying in Lake Geneva, however, I actually thing this area is even better- a chill lake vibe with a great cafe, adorable little bar and ice cream shop that you can walk to. There is a public beach right across the street and an amazing marina right in the backyard. The bar and restaurant look great too. ”
