”It was clean, the AC worked, the hot water worked and the kids loved the pool. Checking was a little slow but when I went to get towels it was quick and easy. The free breakfast was nice the lady spent hours cleaning and cleaning.”

”We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service”

”Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.”

”Our microwave was dirty. It was hard to find staff when needed. (To tell them there were no pool area towels. Twice.) The entire hotel waa very loud with large crowds and kids in the hall until midnight. Room seemed updated. Other than the microwave the room seemed clean. One hallway and elevator had trash and something sticky all over for two days. Pool area seemed ok. We used that twice. Breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast with options.”

”Nice property for midrange hotel, and it was a decent place for a very busy Saturday stayover weekend, Fathers Day 2026.”

”I liked the access to a few other amenities in the Dells, which was included in our room charge. The rooms carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.”

”It is a hidden gem. It is close enough to downtown Wisconsin Dells to be there i. A couple minutes but far enough away to be quiet for a peaceful hangout away from the crowds.”

”The location can’t be beat, right along river walk, close to downtown dells! The amenities on the Vue property were okay small indoor pool/hot tub and outdoor pool across the street with the motel units, overall well maintained and the aloha beach facility was lovely! The room had a great view but the bathroom was absolutely tiny and not well maintained, felt like it was difficult for two people to share, would Not be good for a family for 4 adults”

”Our room was very large and very clean. If you needed anything, you just dialed "0" and the item was ready. The ambience of the Inn was exceptional. The pool was so clean. The grounds so well maintained and decorated. Numerous outside tables with umbrellas. The.staff was so helpful. Jamie, property manager and her family were very friendly and very knowledgeable about excellent restaurants. I will definitely stay at Amber Inn again.”
