”We had a great experience with Black Hawk. Everything was well maintained and clean with just the right amount of kitsch. There were flowers planted everywhere and other thoughtful touches. We arrived after experiencing reservation issues at another hotel and it was refreshing to have such great customer service after the first hotel failed us. I would definitely return!”

”Window shades were see through so parking lot light shined in my face all night. Room was clean but had a heavy cleaning product odor. Towels were very thin and worn. Morning breakfast was good.”

”Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.”

”This hotel is terrible in accommodating a disable guest I have requested a disability accessible room for my husband prior our stay and the room they gave us is very small. Safety issues they gave our room key to another person and somebody enter our room. That's very scary! They let us check in the room without getting all the soiled towel and trash in front of our door from prior guest.”

”The location can’t be beat, right along river walk, close to downtown dells! The amenities on the Vue property were okay small indoor pool/hot tub and outdoor pool across the street with the motel units, overall well maintained and the aloha beach facility was lovely! The room had a great view but the bathroom was absolutely tiny and not well maintained, felt like it was difficult for two people to share, would Not be good for a family for 4 adults”

”I was skeptical to book here based on reviews, but had an amazing stay. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast area for dining is small and crowded, but the food was hot, replenished quickly and there was a very good variety.”

”This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again..”

”Such a great experience with my family. Genuinely enjoyed the area & staff were amazing! Deluxe cabin was clean & comfortable. Park was right where I was still able to keep an eye on my children. Pool was warm and fun! Definitely will be my go to spot for my mini trips to the dells.”
