Room and staff were good, no issues at all. The pool was extremely crowded, which is understandable, but there were no clean towels at the pool or gym on both occasions we went to the pool. Even when the pool opened at 830 am on February 17, there were no clean towels, just a massive pile of used ...

Didn't clean our room between nights. Cleaning staff played music after 10am (Checkout was noon.) Coffee/Tea bar was neglected - not maintained. Room noises keep us up late - like a disco below us. Convenient locations & cool town!
