”The staff was great, loved that there wasn’t carpet in the rooms, breakfast was good, rooms overall clean except the mattresses. There obviously wasn’t mattress protectors or anything on them at any point and both of the mattresses in our room were about 80% pee stained. Which I understand. People have kids that have accidents but I always check our beds for bugs and gross stuff and I was shocked that it was in that sort of condition.”

”I had never before stayed at a Homes2 Suites. Very impressed. Staff was very friendly. Room was very nice! Breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts that I have had. I will definitely try & stay at a Homes2 Suites again. ”

”We froze most of the night. No linens for the sofa bed. We called and asked for bedding and it never arrived. 2 Big towels total for 3 people. I wouldn’t start again. ”

”Don't get room 210 or down that end of the hall if you care about wifi. It was terrible. The staff let me know, yet they still gave me the room..... Breakfast was spartan at best. I'm glad I brought my own. Wiping cloth left in my bathroom and toilet seat was broken. Still, the access is good, staff friendly and I truly believe they want to provide a good product.”

”No internet was bad , staff was ok laudry was good , but the cleaning ladys did a terrible job ive been here for 3 weeks and the have cleaned my room 2 times”

”Clean, quiet room. Really nice breakfast. Comfortable bed/pillows. Only minor downside was unusual in/out from the hotel the way the surrounding streets are laid out…not a big issue, just unusual”

”Showed up for check in that took almost an hour only to find the room had not had maid service from the prior visitors. No more rooms and since we did not book through them directly there was nothing they could do”

”The room was wonderful--clean, nicely appointed, and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and beautiful. And the HVAC worked perfectly. We saw kids in the hallway and at breakfast. But we did not hear them while in our room. And we couldn't hear the coming and going late in the evening or early in the morning. Perfect! The pool was warm. The breakfast was okay. The hot food selection was not wonderful, with only hot oatmeal and scrambled eggs. It's the one thing that this hotel could improve on.”
