”This hotel is very quiet and clean. Although they were renovating, I didn't hear any construction work while I was there. I appreciated the friendly outdoor seating area at the entrance, which was a lovely spot to walk my furry friends; the neighborhood was peaceful with light traffic. The staff was welcoming and helpful. One feature that stood out for me, compared to other Hilton locations, was that the breakfast area was separate from the main lobby, which made it a bit more challenging to...

”Great property. This our third dive to this specific property and it again did not disappoint. We stay here when we go to The Grand Canyon and Sedona. The staff was amazing, the parking is easy, and they tried to help accommodate my family and I to the best of their abilities. It was clean and well maintained. The parking is easy. There are lot of good restaurants and shopping areas around. We will be staying here again. ”

”Room smelled like a kennel. I’m a pet friendly person but these rooms smell like pet kennels. Pet hair all over the floors. I had my own wipes & cleaners. I wiped surfaces & floors repeatedly. Wipes were black & covered with hair. Rooms often sell out so business is good. Basic sanitary bedroom is all I expect to pay for as a customer.”

”Great centrally located motel in town. Nothing fancy, but they cover the basics really well. Clean, organized, attentive staff. Ms. Sonya is really responsive. Like I said, location for travelers is great and lots of shopping for necessary and fun stuff is walkable. Campus closeby. For the nightly rate, I'd say it's the best affordable stay in town....”

”Hair in the shower, floors felt dirty, not enough towels for amount of guests put down, at breakfast staff took the trash out and it dripped everywhere and it never got cleaned ”

”The hotel is new and clean. Our room was quite big and comfortable. Nicely located and breakfast was ok. The issue was the traffic noise (especially during the weekend), which bothered us even with ear plugs. There was also an unknown issue: it felt like someone was using the washer with a highspeed spin. We felt the shaking in the beds and while standing. The polite receptionist was willing to change our rooms but we stayed due to too much hassle for us. ”
