”The property and staff were wonderful. The card key system was lacking. We stayed for 4 nights and everyday at checkout time we were locked out of our room and had to get our cards reactivated. This also happened when we wanted to enter the pool area. It would also be nice to have the outside area open until 10. The stars and views are so beautiful but we were closed out at 9 and had to sit in our room. Breakfast was pretty good. Location great. ”

We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. When I attempted to contact initially, I was not able to contact directly therefore requiring me to secure reservation through another source. The request to check out early was provided 48 hours...
