”Everything was clean and easy. Exactly as listed, great stay overall. Not really a complaint but noted that it’s an older property and doesn’t seem like it’s been updated in awhile.”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal. ”When we arrived, the hotel employees were on strike, which was not disclosed to us before our stay. The room we were initially assigned was directly above the picketing area, where union workers were using megaphones, drums, and banging pots and pans. The noise began around 5:30 AM each day and continued until approximately 6:00 PM, making it nearly impossible to rest, sleep in, or even take a nap during the day. When we first approached the front desk for assistance, the staff was not helpful....

”inn at the market is a great location, lovely roof top balcony. Rooms are tiny and not many have views. a little expensive for what you get but overall a nice place.”

”STAFF: We worked with the Valet, Bell hop, Front desk, and the maids. They were all helpful AND friendly. ROOM: Our room was clean and very spacious for 4 ppl; nice & comfortable. Only problem we had was the air conditioning, it was very loud in the room. OVERALL: We would definitely book this hotel again. The convenience of being in walking distance to Pier 66 for embarkation, the waterfront, Aquarium, and Pikes Market.”
