”Accommodated great, they had a mix up in the beginning of check in; booked two queens but they didn’t have any but was able to accommodate a King. However, the next day they were able to accommodate and switch us to a double queen with no issues.”

”We came to Oklahoma and read reviews before booking. And very Disappointed. There was dog hair all over the floor the room smelled bad ( my daughter is allergic to dogs). The hotel had like 8 dead birds when we pulled up outside. Not a very good stay for the price I paid.”

”I expected much better from Embassy Suites. The only thing good was the breakfast where you can get made to order omelets. The room was dirty. Old chips bags and garbage behind the nightstand. The beds were hard like rocks. The bathroom had wallpaper peeling off. The light fixtures were rusted. Mold and stains in the shower grout. Curtains were torn. Floor carpet old. Honestly this hotel needs a complete remodel. I was swayed by “embassy suites” name. But never again! I’ll be sticking with...
