”Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay.”

”First of all when we first got in the room there was a strong smell of mildew and dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and they came down and cleaned the toilet seat. Then I couldn’t sleep because I was itching like crazy. I finally fell asleep after the sun came up and had to check out by 11am. When I woke up my left arm was swollen pretty bad. Later that evening I went to the ER to have it checked out and found out I was bitten multiple times all over my body by bed bugs. I...

”When we first checked in, the staff was great, but when we had to extend our stay, they seemed to catch a attitude. I'm willing to give them another chance , because maybe the just had a bad day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend.”

”I booked a smoking room was given non-smoking didn't realize it right away put luggage in room and went to dinner , when we returned to room I called front desk to make sure we were given smoking room , was told no, we should have ask when we checked in we couldn't be moved because then they would have to clean two rooms.”

”My reservation got canceled due to the fact that they didn’t have the two rooms and they canceled before letting me know once I came from out of town and got to the hotels when I found out my reservation was canceled on their website. It shows that they have a working pool they do not. The parking lot was very messy with trash everywhere. The lobby had trash in it on the floor.”

”The doors face the parking lot and it is loud outside, made sleeping a bit challenging. Room had a smoked-in smell and was a bit creepy but that can’t be helped.”
