”Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again.”

”We had a very good stay. We reserved a room for persons with disabilities, it was rather tight although very clean and suitable to our needs. However, we strongly suggest adding a curtain/barrier to the shower, a water spill in the bathroom poses a slippery/accident risk for people in a wheelchair and their helpers. If you bring a car be aware that parking could be difficult, we were fortunate to find a spot reserved for hotel guests across the street. Breakfast was good and being close to local...
