Brotes is our secret corner of Tuscany, in the heart of the Montagnola Senese, a protected area where vineyards and olive groves merge into ancient forests. Here, you can hear the silence, nature sets the pace, and you can still feel the freedom of being far from it all.



At 580 metres above sea level, the estate crowns a hill of centuries-old chestnut trees. Getting here is part of the journey: the iconic strade bianche wind through woods, vineyards and olive groves, revealing a different Tuscany at every turn.



The estate has three independent apartments, each offering privacy and accessed by stairs. This third-floor apartment offers spacious interiors and thoughtful details to make you feel at home. From one window, the view stretches across the landscape to the distant outline of Mount Amiata.



Wake up amid woods and vineyards. Enjoy the pool, hot tub or sauna, stroll among olive trees and watch unforgettable sunsets. Here, little moments become memories of Tuscany.



We grow grapes and olives, making wine and olive oil in a culture where the land, good food and sharing still matter. In season, we invite you to our vegetable garden to pick what the land provides.



Siena is just 25 minutes away, with Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and Volterra within easy reach.



We are in a protected natural area with no door-to-door waste collection, so we appreciate your help caring for this place and taking your rubbish to nearby collection points.
