Tämän savuttoman asuinrakennuksen palveluihin kuuluu ulkouima-allas, poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on puutarha, grillejä ja viherseinä. Huoneistossa asiakkaiden käytössä on 4 makuuhuonetta sekä ilmainen Wi-Fi ja vuodesohva. Asiakkaiden käytössä on takka sekä keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi ja uuni. Siivouspalvelu on saatavilla pyynnöstä.
Ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on takka ja DVD-soitin. Huoneessa on patio. Huoneissa on kalusteina vuodesohva ja ruokailupöytä. Huoneissa on älytelevisio. Keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja erillinen ruokailualue. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy kylpyamme tai suihku, bidee ja hiustenkuivaaja.

This was a perfect getaway for our family trip from Florence to Rome to relax, see Siena and read a book by the pool. We were greeted by Leticia upon arrival and she and Luca were always available with any questions we had. It was by far our favorite part of the trip and we couldn't have asked for anything better!

Wunderschön und fast perfekt!

Unsere vier Tage in Lucas Wohnung waren wunderbar und wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.Tolle, geräumige Wohnung mit Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern, traumhafter Blick vom Garten aus und ein schöner Pool plus Whirlpool zum Abkühlen.Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung war einwandfrei, so dass wir dort wunderbar kochen und essen konnten.Die Lage mit circa 15-20 Minuten Fahrt nach Siena ist ebenfalls sehr gut.Die einzigen, kleinen Makel waren, dass es auf der Terrasse leider keine Möglichkeit zur Beschattung gab (entgegen den Bildern im Internet auftritt), so dass man nur früh morgens oder am Abend dort am Tisch sitzen und essen konnte. Ansonsten war es zu sonnig und zu heiß auf der Terrasse.Und der Wasserfall im Pool funktionierte bei uns nicht, war defekt, was insofern schade war, da er das i-Tüpfelchen bei der Buchung war.Trotzdem: wir hatten wunderbare Tage und würden wiederkommen, auch wegen Lucas herzlicher Mutter, die direkt nebenan wohnt.

Great Tuscany stay!

The apartment was lovely and the room arrangement worked perfectly for our family of 8. We enjoyed the pool; and we cooked two nights so the large round patio table was great. In addition, the host and his wife were extremely helpful in organizing a taxi for our departure which was greatly appreciated.

Great Property

We didn't spend too much time at the property but it was perfect. The a/c units worked great wand was able to accommodate our party of 7. The owner and his mother live in adjoining properties so they're very responsive if anything is needed. His mother was AMAZING with our daughter with special needs!

Amazing

What a wonderful place to stay and such kind hosts! I could not speak more highly of Lucas, his house, and his family. Easy communication with host and his wonderful mom even gave us a jar of homemade jam. The house is beautiful as is the garden (can it get more idyllic than eating cherries off a tree overlooking Tuscan countryside?). About a 20min walk or 5min drive into town where there are great restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Gruppo di 11 amici ci siamo stati tutti nelle varie stanze della casa. Spazi comuni ampi e abbastanza bagni per un gruppo così grande. Purtroppo non abbiamo usato la piscina visto il periodo, ma d’estate è sicuramente un ottimo bonus per la casa. Vicinissima a Siena per una gita in giornata. L’host Luca molto gentile e disponibile. Unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è la pulizia che potrebbe essere un po’ più attenta. Casa super consigliata per gruppi.

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine dans cette magnifique demeure. Nos hottes: un jeune couple de professionnels c’est très bien occupé de nous. Le souper nous attendais à notre arrivé. Très chaleureux bienvenue! La maison est magnifique, bien située- très proche de Sienne. Pendant notre séjour nous avons visité Florence, Pise, Sienne, Padoue , Vérone . De notre retour après la journée de visite une magnifique piscine nous attendais. La maison est très propre, accueillante ainsi que le jardin autour. Proche de la maison vous pouvez faire des achats de la nourriture, ainsi que manger une pizza. Nous recommandons cette maison pour vos prochaines vacances! Maria, Stan avec des amis

Beautiful location and home

I was under the impression that we were renting a single home for a party of 9, instead it is a large home divided Into three separate apartments. It worked out that were didn’t have neighbors while we were there and were able to enjoy the property and pool. Luca and his wife were very hospitable. The little town is just up the road and offer restaurants, and grocery stores. Nice place to relax and unwind. I will return.

Beautiful Villa & Lovely hosts!

Tuscany is such a beautiful region in Italy, and this villa was a great way to enjoy it! It is centrally located so it was an hours drive to places such as Florence, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza etc. Even just spending a day at the Villa to relax and recover after a few days of exploring the region was a great way to spend our time in Tuscany. The villa was roomy with a full kitchen and plenty of rooms and beds. It was clean and had beatiful grounds; it is quite obvious the hosts take pride in their property. Would stay here again; and I hope we do!

Beautiful location in the heart of Tuscany

Great location next to a quaint town and close enough to the beautiful hill towns of Tuscany. Property was very well maintained and spacious enough to fit our family of 6. The lack of AC in the summer was an adjustment but the pool helped keep us cool.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Sie entspricht der Beschreibung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Pool. Bitte beachten: die Ausstattung zum Kochen beinhaltet keine Gewürze etc (dies mag Coronabedingt gewesen sein). Leider ist der Pool (wenn man Kinder hat) nachts geschlossen; das ist sehr schade. Heerlijke vakantiewoning, fantastisch zwembad en schitterend uitzicht. Gastheer en vrouw zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor Siena en andere dorpjes in de omgeving. Voor de fiets liefhebbers het huis ligt aan de Strade Bianche. Puntje van aandacht. Het sanitair kan wel een update gebruiken.

Nice home in a great location

Beautiful property situated very close to Siena and an easy drive to Florence and other towns in Tuscany. It's also nice to have access to the pool especially when there is no air-conditioning in the house. We were there in early July and the temperatures soared to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The town of San Rocco a Pilli is very small but there is a Co-op supermarket and good restaurants. The property was a bit tough to find though. The GPS took us to a property next to a mausoleum / graveyard. Also, the house is actually divided into triplex so you are not getting the entire building but a portion of it. However, our part of the building was big enough and comfortable for the six of us. I did have trouble communicating with Luca as he did not seem to get the messages I sent him through HomeAway but when he did respond, he was very informative. His lovely wife Leticia was very helpful and came to check on us almost every day. We took day trips to Florence and Siena and was able to relax poolside at the end of the (very hot) day. We enjoyed our stay at Casalta.

Great location out in the country side of beautiful Toscana. Home is beautiful,! If you need to travel to Sienna it’s a 15 minute car ride. All other attractions 40-60 minute car ride. A must is Panzano in Chianti , visit Dario Cecchini , Antica Macellaio. Lucca and his family were so very nice . Anything you needed they were there for you . Wonderful experience in such a beautiful place.

A Gem Just Outside Siena

My family of 6 women stayed here and it was phenomenal. Beautiful house with a gorgeous pool in a quaint area 15 minutes outside of the city center (you do need a car to get around). Centrally located so we were able to do day trips to Florence and San Gimignano and visit some lovely wineries in Chianti. Luca and his family were incredibly warm and helpful - arranging wine tours, yoga classes and recommending excellent restaurants. The only small complaint is the lack of AC - but having the pool made that bearable. We would come back to this property in a heartbeat.

completely wonderful. exceeded expectations

owners are lovely, and the property is excellent: clean, spacious, centrally located, great kitchen, laundry on site, plenty of space to be alone or to be together... 1 mile from town which was a quaint area with bakery, market, church and bar/ restaurants. we traveled from Cinque Terre by car ( about 2 hours) , stopped in Lucca for lunch and a bike ride before heading to Tuscany. owners are great cooks and great hosts! (careful to arrive before night -the GPS struggled a bit - there is a large cemetery /mausoleum about 3 blocks from the property and this would have been a good mile-marker for identifying that we were within a few blocks of the property)

Heaven in Tuscany

Thank you Luca, Lutizia, and Mama Luca. What a great and wonderful time. Quiet, comfortable, relaxing, and beautiful. You need a car to get around. The COOP store in town has everything you need including great steaks and chops and pasta that we made at the villa thanks to Mama Lucca helping us start the great outdoor grill. We can't say enough thank you's to Lucca for taking us on a wonderful tour to Montepulciano and La Foce Gardens. It was awesome. Thank you for a trip we will never forget.

Fantastic house. Great hosts. Highly recommend.

Casalta is a great place. We stayed 4 weeks & had friends visit. Luca & Letisia are terrific. They will help you in everything The town has a great patisserie/cafe. 15 minutes from Siena. Great place to travel in car all around Tuscany. Drive or take train from Siena. We will go back there next time we go to Tuscany.

Perfect stay in Tuscany!

We had the pleasure of staying 2 nights (we wish we had more time) at Casa Alta in San Rocco A Pilli in the Le Rose apartment. Luca and Letizia were SUPER hosts (even better than the Super Tuscany wine we drank). They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Le Rose is spacious and the patio was a great place to have a nice meal. We swam in the pool and soaked up the sun in the pool deck. While we rode the property's bikes into town (approximately 1.5 km), a rental car would be helpful to tool around. We hopped in taxis, or hitched rides with Luca (loved the Panda!). We had a lovely wine tour arranged by Luca and had one of the best meals of our life. We recommend the pasta with truffles -- delizioso!!! We shipped some of the wine back to the USA for what we felt was reasonable after shipping from other places. Siena was quite close and we ate at 2 restaurants recommended to us by Luca- both really tasty. Luca, thanks again for giving so much of your time and sharing your lovely home. We had wonderful stay and would definitely return☺

Fantastic property!

We had a too short visit in San Rocco a Pilli. Luca and Letizia are wonderful hosts. We stayed in the middle unit, La Rose. We were a group of 6. There are three rooms on the second floor, three double beds, one room has an extra single. The attic has a futon, and two singles. There is one bath in the attic, two on the second floor and one on the main floor. The accommodations are spotless, well decorated and comfortable. Luca is the architect who resurrected this 17th century barn. His creativity and vision are remarkable. The pool allows a splendid view of the countryside. San Rocco a Pili has a good size grocery, a wonderful bakery, cafes and charm. It is a quick drive in to Siena and one hour to Florence. You are not far from many other lovely towns, wineries, thermal springs. Luca speaks English very, very well. He is very helpful with suggestions and advice. I highly recommend this property for your holiday!
