”Haslem Hotel was very helpful leading up to my trip - responsive to calls and emails. The night of check in, they were there when I arrived late (around 10p) and we're extremely kind. The apartment i rented was EXTREMELY spacious. The downside for me was the cleanliness was not the level I expected from reviews. The bathroom had lost of lime buildup and mildew on the shower, there was a bloodstain on my pillow and dried up ... hot chocolate? I hope? on the rug by the bed, and when I noticed a...

”Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

”It was very cozy and fit all of our needs perfectly”

”Spacious ,clean .Relaxed style of accomodation and location. No fancy or long check in and check out procedures .Simplicity at its best with the style to match”

”The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The staff in the bar serving afternoon food and drinks were slow and not very knowledgeable, also the snack choices were very limited. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The swimming pool was very poor paint peeling, rust around units on the walls. The steam room and sauna not very inviting.”

”I would 1000% go back again! The bathroom was super clean and the rooms were so nice and well decorated!”

”I would stay again.good staff, great location and near bus route into Belfast”

”Great service. The hotel was some 20 min drive from Belfast. Otherwise OK, but no places of interest in proximity.”

”Lovely apartment in the middle of Killyleagh. Comfortable, clean and spacious.”

”Unfortunately I cannot post photos of the property but where to begin. When we arrived we were greeted with full bins and rubbish on the floor which we were told to pick up. The outside furniture is in a horrible state that I wouldn’t even let the kids sit on with the rust. The oven was in a disgusting state and the fridge door was broken. The state of the cottage was like nothing I’ve seen before. Which is very surprising considering that when you book this property you are then told that the...
