”The house was clean and had been updated. Good space for parking and an excellent quiet neighborhood. The space was not pre-heated for us when we arrived, and it took the first night to get things warmed up. A little hard to manage the temperature with the in wall heaters, space heaters, and no central thermostat. Great water pressure and hot water temperature. ”

”It was our own bedroom (with its own door lock) in a nearly brand new house. We loved the quiet location with a view looking out to Mt. Rainier (on clear days). You need a car to stay here, most things are a 5-10 min drive away. There is a large shopping area about 4 miles away with Walmart, Target and many stores. ”We stayed for two nights and could have stayed many more. Becky and Gary were the most wonderful hosts in the world. Chelsea was quick to respond to questions and helped us plan our hikes. We will definitely stay again if we come back here. We highly recommend this place.”

”The property was close to Tacoma General Hospital, a plus. Parking was terrible. I got a parking ticket while unloading our car. It was a very hot evening and neither air conditioner upstairs in the bedrooms worked. The stairs to the bathrooms upstairs are difficult for anyone at all mobility impaired (like my wife) to navigate. We won’t be going back. We won’t count on Expedia ratings and descriptions so readily either.”

”The place was great the location was perfect for us. The kitchen was nice with tea and we made eggs each morning. The living room is large and comfortable. You can tell the hosts is very thoughtful in the details. They were very attentive to questions. My only issue is the beds and pillows were very firm. The mattress were too firm for my liking. I did get used to them as the days went on so it would be a comfortable foam mattress if you like firm. I just prefer hybrid medium mattresses. ”
