”Overall an amazing stay. Quiet, clean, and beautiful space. Only thing that could be approved is none of the passwords or passcodes to the door lock or wifi was correct. Communication was just ok they answered about the wifi password days after we left. We also had to leave the apartment unlocked when we left so all of our possessions were unsecured. If they tighten up the communication this would be a 5 star! Oh they had like a billion towels which was so nice of them. And a small stay present...

”Really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and organized. I am usually disappointed in something at another vacation rental, wishing I had booked a hotel instead, but I can’t say that I was here.The highlight for me was the shower. So much water you gotta be careful not to drown yourself. We cooked quite a few meals here and they had everything we needed. Enjoyed making hot chocolate and cider that they had for us with their kierig. Plenty of room for some family to join us for a movie...

”It was clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels & pillows. Snacks & a coffee bar. Plenty of soaps. They responded right away when we contacted her during the stay. Its a basement with little natural light & you can hear upstairs like an apt. The livingroom has no tables & 1 floor lamp. Overhead lights are very bright w no way to dim them. Each room sleeps 2 but only has 1 side table & lamp. The kitchen has nowhere to store your food. Mixing bowls & cooking utensils are cheap plastic. I had to...

”My spouse and I used this property as a home base while visiting our college kids in Provo. The room is in a great location, and Ileana was so helpful and quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!”

”The rooms were not as clean as I would have hoped. There was pink stuff under the bed in the room next to the bathroom, it kind of smelt like laundry detergent. There was also leftover hair from someone in the bathroom and in the kitchen. We truly appreciated your help during our stay. The WiFi kept kicking on and off. We only got Hulu to work. ”The property was in a great location, a quiet neighborhood. Really close to shopping. Grocery stores like Costco and Walmart are within a 5-minute drive. Easy access to the freeway. The apartment was really clean and a lot of attention to detail. Full-size modern appliances. We really loved the fully stocked kitchen and cooked several meals. The shower was amazing.
