”Beds were comfortable for our one night stay, but it would have been helpful to know before final check-in instructions that the room was over a garage, requiring climbing steps to access. Construction was in process to install fencing and it was difficult to maneuver around the on-site dumpster to access the two visitor parking spots for guests.”

”We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked.”

”Had a great time! My only concern was checking in and our code was incorrect. There was a nice man there that took care of us, but I wasn't sure at the beginning if he really worked there. I wonder if name tags for employees would be a good thing. That said, the entire staff was very professional and courteous.”
