”1/4 mile from Falls Creek Falls State Park (Tennessee's most beautiful falls). Plenty of hiking, and fishing (rentable boats). Golf if you want it. The house is perfect with everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay. Raised off the ground, surrounded by green, quiet (except nature), all the amenities. Great for just family time or friends. Host was nice and accommodating. We are definitely returning for a stay.”

”The cabin was very tiny but in good condition. It appeared like it was very nice not too long ago but has recently been let go. There were goats and chickens all around my cabin and they kept getting out of the pin.The property had a lot of junk around the back including a fish tank with old green water standing in it ,broken pallets and a old rusted flat bed hitch trailer piled with junk. ”Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. ” It was a beautiful place. It has a big back porch you can drink your morning coffee and enjoy the breeze and listen to the water running down the creek. It also has a nice front porch where you can seat and watch the children play. We plan to come back with our gry. It's a great location we visited Jamestown, Cookeville down to Lynchburg. It's was neat and clean. ”

”The house is not what we were expecting after looking at the photos. The house is historic, but it needs a lot of updating and has a very dark, old feeling. Bugs were found in the kitchen, front bedroom, and bathroom including small roaches, spiders, and stink bugs. The mattress in the front bedroom is an old spring mattress and very uncomfortable.
