”Stayed in room 427 for only one night.
The only reason I didn’t give a lower rating was due to the night clerk who was very nice although she seemed like she had a pressing issue that needed to be addressed.
The hallway carpet is absolutely disgusting with various stains. Our sink drained so slowly that I thought we had the plug in the down position.
Lastly, there’s an older white man who appeared to be “maintenance”. As I went for coffee in the morning and walking towards the elevator, he...

”I called prior to booking to ask if there was room for a pick up and 40' trailer to park and was informed that there was. upon arrival, there was not enough room to easily pull in and park the truck and trailer.
The room was dirty and this is not an area to want to book in if you have children with you.
To top it off, the receiver hitch on the truck was missing.”

”AC not working at n lobby. Room at very back of hotel and WiFi was weak. Room smelled musty. Hair dryer didn’t work. Microwave was not cleaned, had food residue in it. Tub did not have a stopper and I laid a wash cloth on the drain. The cloth was black when removed. Security latch was loose.”

”Pros: the clerk was kind, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean
Cons: felt like prison and guilty before proven innocent. took 30 minutes to check in with an already paid for room. (One guest ahead of me). Plastic partition at front desk felt like jail. Wording of "taking $50 cc deposit would be returned if not stains, etc found in room." Took a bath and while in the bath (husband answered knock at the door) and man asked if someone was taking a shower (yes) and its leaking downstairs...
