Between the 10th and 12th centuries, the term "Court" denoted the group of family members, aristocrats, and servants who gathered around the lord.
The court is referred to as "The Court of the Mesci," or the court of the masters, which inside there are five lodgings dedicated to five different craftsmen of antiquity.
In this structure, we present "Lu Critaru," which in the Salento dialect is the craftsman who specializes in working with clay. Using that clay, Lu Critaru made sculptures, vases, plates, and more with great skill.
