”Cute and cozy! Perfect place for us to use as a home base while in town visiting family. Lots of attention to the details, kitchen facilities are up to date and super clean. Already looking forward to booking again!”

”To take a historic building (a bank) and turn it into a modern day Vrbo is impressive. But incorporating pictures and pieces from the past into the decor was unexpected and amazing. The location is perfect (center of town). It is within walking distance of most restaurants and places you will want to explore. Not only would I recommend staying here, but I look forward to returning later this year. ”

”Very secluded and a perfect getaway at the lake. House is beautiful. On open water so gets some wake at the dock, but nice to swim and watch the boats. 3rd bathroom is located away from other bedrooms, but still nice to have 3 full baths. ”

”Our daughter is a student at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. ”

”This property was exactly as listed. Large enough to accommodate our family with a cool family/gameroom area downstairs with a pool table. Beautiful lake view with a slip available at the neighborhood marina for us to dock our boat.”

”This was a very charming house in Cumberland Gap. We were in the area for an event for LMU so the location was excellent. Everything was provided so that was a plus. The house was a 1928 house which gave it its charm. The books that were displayed were so interesting along with the family photos and albums. The only drawback which was not a big problem was that the refrigerator was not a full size fridge. It was probably a medium size fridge and it did have a freezer as well. Overall...

”Property Manager/Owner was absolute great to communicate with and extremely responsive. Amazing kitchen and dining area, great open deck spaces and perfect basement setting for the kids. The covered slip dock is just icing on the cake!”

”Our family of 6 very much enjoyed our stay during the holiday week. The house was lakefront in a large quiet cove that was great for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. The house was clean and the views were outstanding from the deck and private dock. The kids enjoyed the basketball games in the basement as well as the corn hole game that was available at the house. Overall, we would definitely be interested in returning to this lakefront property.”

”I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again.”
