”My husband and I and our grown children came to Terracina for our grand daughters baptism. We are not beach fans but we loved the pool. Our host was so pleasant and welcoming. I have mobility issue so the many steps were a challenge but the view from the top was well worth it! We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate on the terrace overlooking the water and the city. The beds were comfortable and the house was so clean. Our host Andrea Gallo was a joy. He brought us a video of the making...

”This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!”

”très bonne villa, manque de grands plats lorsque nous sommes nombreux à manger. Le départ qui doit être effectué avant 10h est un peu tôt, un départ vers 11h aurait été un peu mieux. Dans l'ensemble le séjour a été très agréable et le proprio disponible en cas de besoin Je recommande”

”The stay at the house was very pleasant. The host was very friendly. The house is very nice and it is surrounded by a nice garden with a pool. It is a good location to visit the nearby cities of Sperlonga, Gaeta and Itri. Even a day trip to Neapel and the Vesuv region is possible.”

”We stayed in Giuseppes villa in sebtember. There were 8 in our group, 6 adults and 2 teens. We received comprehensive info before our journey. The villa was absolutely beautiful, modern and we really enjoyed the pool! Pamela was truly helpful, she answered quickly if we had any questions. ”Ein sehr privates ruhiges Plätzchen inmitten der Natur mit allem, was man braucht, umgeben von ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgebern. Man benötigt das Auto zum Strand und auch zum Einkaufen. Aber der Weg dorthin über Serpentinen mit phantastischem Meerblick lohnte sich an jedem Tag.”

Infine uno splendido parco che circonda la proprietà. La casa è arredata con cura, il che lo rende un posto da vivere e rispettare. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili. ”Flott lite hus nær stranden. 3 min. å gå. Nydelig hage med både skygge og sol. Hyggelig og hjelpsom vertinne. Rent og pent. Gåavstand til sentrum og restaurant 1 min unna. Noe støy fra hovedinnfartsveien på baksiden av huset. Kan trygt anbefales.”

”The apartment was ok but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery. The smell was also musty and having a family above was loud. The property was beautiful and so was the pool. The town of sperlonga is incredible ”
