We stayed in the Malvern Hills flat and it was just perfect. First we loved the convenient location and then the security of the building and our flat. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I loved the aesthetics of the spaces! I had mistakenly not booked...

”Stanbrook Abbey Hotel is amazing in all respects. It’s historical and very attractive set in extensive grounds. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I only had one meal in the hotel and it was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, it’s great.”

”We travelled as three couples, and I booked the atay for all of us. We stayed during the hottest July on record and two couples had rooms woth literally NO aircon , and one couple have fully functioning cold aircon. Why? The fan is the rooms is just useless and the heat was unbearable ..literally! Either state that some rooms DO NOT have air-conditioning or reduce the price of rooms that dont have it. The trip really was challenging for the two couples without. Be honest. Fans are NOT a "get...

”Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again.”

”Late check in was handy, I arrived about 11pm as was the bar staying open until 2 am!! Air con was v.noisy so was left with choice of being boiling (with AC off), not being able to sleep because of noise, or opening the windows and listening to M5. I choose the second option.”

”Eckington Manor is a lovely hotel with very nice rooms, set in beautiful grounds, a short distance from Cheltenham. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As the hotel is a little remote, we decided to eat in the hotel. The food was excellent as was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt return if we are in the Cotswolds.”

”Stayed a few times now. Rooms are getting a bit tired however they are immaculately clean. The shower pressure leaves a bit to be desired. However the staff are soo helpful and friendly and always seem cheery! The beer garden in the hot weather is a big plus plus it has a children's play area. I do enjoy my stays here and the food is good too. Good value for money”
