The staff made us wait for a manager for an hour before letting us know if we could stay at the hotel. The manager didn't speak English but other staff translated the conversation. ”From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was absolutely outstanding. Greetings from all workers including front desk staff/management were very professional. Very accommodating! This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. Loved the kids club giving adults time to adult, love the restaurants and the staff who treated everyone special, and loved the room. I can not wait to return! ”
