”Overall, it was a good experience. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only area I think could be improved is the breakfast selection. It would be better if the menu varied every other day, as we noticed that the same food was served daily during our stay. Aside from that, everything else was great. We still enjoyed our time and really liked the hotel.”

”Fab hotel for a fab price. Fits the bill for a purpose-built weekend. We were there for a dance comp, so the amenities (pool, restaurant, parking, location) were perfect. It's a little dated, but that's okay! And they do a fabulous job to quiet it down right at 9 p.m. Felt like (in the best way!) a kids club with so many teams and groups there too, but was nice and quiet for a good sleep when it mattered. Staff are fab too!”

”We stayed one night. The staff were friendly and beds were really supportive and comfy. We found the linen and towels very clean. The room was tired but still ok. We didn’t try the complementary breakfast. Parking was excellent and the location close to amenities. The building is under renovation but still great for a stopover.”

”Breakfast was basic but always stocked. Hotel is clean and quiet. Hotel is very very run down……chairs peeling, stains on walls and floors, fridge didn’t work, dresser was beat up. Old beds(yellowing mattresses, pillows, curtains, bedding)”

”Online they say its a Queen bed, but its not. They are Twin XL very small for two people.”

”We had a fun stay at this accommodation. It was a perfect location to be in, close to downtown, amenities, Hwy 1 going to west or Banff. Kids and family had a fun time playing in the set up of the basement, with the games and rooms were decent size and clean. Host was easy to communicate with and all was ready when you check in. A+++”

Each time we called reception, it took multiple attempts before anyone answered. The valet service was particularly disappointing - slow and disorganized. When we returned late, they initially wanted to leave my car outside. After I declined, I was directed to park the car myself in the underground valet area and then walk up a long...
