”Hotel is in transition phase and not quite the same as other Coast hotels yet. I hope they keep breakfast included in rates, it’s so convenient and it was great selections. Pool is a good size, though hottub was drained at the time we went to use it. It’s an interesting layout since it’s on the 2nd floor and the hotel is open concept so you can kind of hear it from your room. It shuts down at 9pm though. Underground parking is worth it. ”Even during renovations, hotel administration offered alternative amenities, like swimming pool and restaurant on the next door hotel. Additionally, breakfast and parking were great features included in the price.”

”Rooms are clean. Noisy. The walls are paper thin. Location to river paths were great. Pet friendly which was nice, however some disrespectful dog owners who let their dogs yap ALLLLLL the time. Cleaners do an amazing job at cleaning everything. HOWEVER, starting to clean the rooms at 7am is just NOT OK. Especially when cannot check in til 4. Breakfast was ok, but the room was soooo small and badly laid out. Would be better to provide trays so can eat in the room”

”Really enjoyed watching the sunset over the riverbank on our last night before flying out. We were only there one night. This was a nice alternative to a traditional hotel near the airport.”

”The front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The pool was smaller. My son loved the waterside but my toddler daughter had a tough time playing in the pool as it was so full and splashy.”

”Staff was very friendly and upbeat - my mom really enjoyed conversing with the breakfast staff, as she was normally there pretty early, before anyone even woke up, so enjoyed the interaction. The waffles were bomb, you need to try the berry one, ask a staff member if you get stuck, or are unsure how to make the waffle ! Was a little thrown off that there were no slippers available in room however saw a staff member carrying them in the elevator, didn't bother asking about it, as i didn't see...
