”The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The guest rooms were uniquely and nicely decorated. Parking was is a negative as it is available in a garage that requires a QR code for access and costs $20 a day.”

”Great stay! We made the best of it though we thought we reserved a train car via Expedia. We were told by hotel staff that is a problem with third party like Expedia, Price Line, and others. I recommend calling the property to ensure your reservation. Regardless, our chalet room was wonderful. I love the small details they include. Very cool vibe and we loved the pool. We’re already planning to return and will reserve via the hotel directly next time.”

”Loved staying at the Kenley. The staff was so helpful getting us a later check out due to the Ironman. We loved having cold bottled waters in the fridge available to us when we were coming and going. Also cookies always out and fruit infused waters! The location is super convenient. I’d say the only thing that was a little inconvenient was the queen bunkbeds in the rooms. I’d say unless you have kids the bunk bed situation is not ideal but I understand the space saving element in a big city and...

”I reserved a room for my sister and her best friend for Friday, May 29th so they could enjoy a wonderful downtown experience for her birthday. When she checked into the hotel the woman who was at the front desk was rude with her and condescending to her for no reason. She didn’t even point them in the direction of their room or tell them about the amenities offered at the hotel. I expected better since I have stayed at many Westins before and enjoyed it every time. Paying 250 dollars a night...
