”It was a nice place to stay! ”

”Property could use a few upgrades such as shower rails being fixed, carpet stains cleaned and definitely needs new mattresses. Other than that, it was pretty good. Indoor pool & fitness center was nice. ”

”Both rooms were not properly cleaned. Bathroom had mold and mildew on ceiling’s. Ac/heat would not turn on. Was unable to get resolution since due to it being late. Not meeting the ratings or expectations or general cleanliness. ”

”I would suggest if you want a clean place to stay this is not it. We had no electricity due to rain I’m guessing.?? The bathtub had mold around it and mold in corner of living area with a dehumidifier hiding it. Spider webs , dirty, blinds broke, the beadboard was cracked all over the bathroom. Then they had totes of clean linens right outside rooms for them to change later I’m guessing that we almost tripped over carrying our luggage. The place needs an overhaul inside and out. ”

”The room was terrible. I stayed here because the reviews were pretty solid. I didn't need anything fancy. But it looked like the room hadn't been mopped. The toilet handle was dangling off the toilet. The shower had hair in it. There was mold all around the shampoo bottles in the shower. The picture in the bathroom was caked in dust. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable and the ac worked great. I wouldn't stay here again ”

”Hotel is dated and in need of repairs and updates. The morning staff was very kind and helpful.”

”The carpeting throughout the building was old and needed vacuuming (at the least). The room was dirty… some sort of white powder in a corner … dust all over. The lights were not very good and one bedside wall sconce didn’t work, even after putting in a new bulb. The bathroom should be gutted. It’s a nah at this location. I have stayed at several midlevel hotels (including other Clarions) a this was the worst. This even ranked toward the bottom of budget hotels/motels I’ve stayed at. ”

”My first we had to be moved because the door crd reader was not working. the second room in bad shape front door rattled, air filter in Ptec unit smelled like something was really hot or burning. Filter was completely clogged on both sides. We left a day early because of poor condition. ”

”Constantly loud! Unnecessary banging, and stomping constantly the entire time I was there from 4 PM to until 4 AM. Complained to the desk twice. The desk attendant did nothing. Claimed to call the room. What would that do?. Asked for a different room and he gave me a hard time. Asked for a refund he refused. The entire place smelled like curry. I think half of the desk staff is family living there in the guest room's. Had hot water in the bathroom sink, but nothing in the shower. So no shower...

”Soft spots all in the floor. Whole upstairs hallway feels like youll fall through. This hotel is 2 stars at best. It sucks. Do not recommend. ”

”It was a great home base in Chattanooga. Easy to get to everything. The staff was very friendly.”

”Beds were awesome! They had memory foam mattresses which were perfect after driving all day. Room was clean. Sink drained. Great price!”

”This property is a real gem. Our cabin was quite spacious and beautifully decorated. It backed onto a greenbelt which made it green and serene. The hosts are delightful and the varied items in the delicious breakfast buffet met all dietary needs. We hope to return.”
