”We are happy with our stay. First we received a suite with kitchenette (ground floor) that we did not like because of its condition. Even the hotel is non-smoking, this classic suite smelled by smoke and looked old. Some guests tend to ignore the rules. We informed about the room condition straight away and we received another room with a balcony one floor higher with one of the best waterfront views. The room was great. No smell of the smoke. ”The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.”

”Aivan huippupaikka. Henkilökunta tosi ystävällistä. Ei turhaa niuhotusta esim vaatetuksesta ruokaillessa. 24/7 altaan aukioloaika oli mieluisa yllätys. Ravintola ja baari valikoima loistava. Sijainti hyvä. Rantsu puuttui vaikka hotellib oli veden äärellä mutta se tiedettiin jo varausvaiheessa, joten ei haitannut menoa. Kannattaa satsata merinäköalaan - hienoja auringonlaskuja !”

”Great gated complex close to the amenities of Rodney Bay. I stayed in a studio which was well equipped to a good standard and a great size. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Fabulous bathroom with great multi functional shower. Great pool area, not a huge pool but perfectly adequate for relaxing.”

I was allowed to make a reservation for a restaurant waited until 9pm only to go there and the restaurant was not open. It should not have been an option. The staff was friendly though”
