Arvokas vanha rakennus saanut uuden sisustuksen.
Mukava, toimiva ja puhdas. Ehkä säilytystilan vähyys ja tosi pieni tallelokero ainoita pieniä miinuksia. Mutta vain pieniä, uutuus ja erilaisuus korvasi nämäkin. Myös kaupunki näkymä oli toisen talon 5:n metrin päässä oleva seinä. Pitää kuitenkin muistaa että ympärillä satoja vuosia vanhoja rakennuksia joista menneisyys huokuu eteesi.

The location of this hotel is great, but if you arrive with heavy luggage, it’s a challenge to get up 2 flights of stairs to get to the elevator. It’s also noisy because of the restaurant next door. Other things that I wasn’t pleased with was that there were some small ants on the floor of my room and that the room wasn’t made up after the first day. I thought even boutique hotels had daily housekeeping.

La verdad estuvo espantoso y crítico que un ratón en la cama a media noche sin personal que nos atendiera ni responder a los teléfonos que tienen para el público y de la empresa Expedia también trataron de contactarlos y no fue posible nadie nos atendió tuvimos que huir corriendo a la madrugada a buscar otro hotel porque era imposible quedar a dormir en esa habitación y no respondieron y no se hacen responsables siendo que es algo pésimo horrible y negligencia de la del hotel como para nunca más volver y decirles a todos que no se hospeden jamás solo yo solo quería que me cambiaran de habitación nadie me atendió insisto nadie nunca nadie respondió ni Expedia y menos a mí fatal eso es fatal ya

Great location! No parking on-site.
The PERFECT location in a beautiful city! Check-in was a easy process and room was clean. On the hotel.com website and app, it lists that there is parking at this hotel, but there is not so be prepared to pay for parking in a public lot. We were fortunate enough to get a room with a balcony which was nice. Rooms need some updating though. A fresh paint job would do this place wonders!

Plaza Marchi is a totally unique property inside the Old City on the border of Diocletian's place and the Venetian period buildings. It is connected to the ruins of the oldest church in Split. It is old and has enormous character. If you appreciate these things, you will love it. Each room is distinctive (and we had 4 rooms) Rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable, and you really feel a part of ancient history. There are 3 gelato shops within 50 yards and 2 minutes to the promenade and 5 minutes to the heart of Diocletian's Palace. Countless amazing restaurants within moments of the front door. Once you get your bearings where the building and front door are, the rest is carefree. We had two cars, and the parking spots were not convenient. But, what do you expect in an old city that is 1800 years old.

Very nice property, the only issue is that although the property is advertised as having an elevator, it is only accessed through a flight and a half of stairs so for people with mobility issues, this is a problem.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt, mitten in der Altstadt wo man ganz viele Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten hat. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was ich zu bemängeln habe ist dass s wo wir das Hotel gebucht haben gefiltert haben dass das Hotel Parkmöglichkeiten hat und sind davon ausgegangen dass das mit im Preis ist aber wir mussten den Parkplatz zusätzlich bezahlen (einen kleinen Nachlass haben wir vom Hotel bekommen)und das war 15 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, wir haben auch einen kleinen. Wir haben auch zusätzlich Frühstück gebucht was wir dann letztendlich nich in Anspruch genommen haben weil dafür musste man auch 10-15 Minuten laufen und das ging nur bis 10:00 Uhr aber ansonsten kann man am Hotel an sich nicht bemängeln.

Morgenmaden blev serveret på et andet hotel - det var virkelig ikke optimalt (særligt ikke med et lille barn) og der blev ikke ydet en indsats for at få tilbagebetalt pengene for morgenmaden. Fin lokation.

The people at the desk not really helpful. The property and area around the property not very cleaned. Every night I woke up with lots of noises. Also the towels were not very high quality.

l'hôtel est très beau et très bien situé dans la vieille ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées. Par contre pas de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel il faut aller dans un autre hôtel avec un accueil glacial et un buffet minuscule et des mets pas frais....

The property was quiet clean and the staff friendly. Only problem is no food is served here so breakfast was a trek to another hotel. There is nothing to eat if you are vegan on the breakfast menu so I would advise booking room only and take your own coffee as the room coffee is not vegan it contains milk powder.

This is by far one of the most convenient locations right in the heart of Split, so it might not be the cheapest. But everything you need is right there. And, it is literally less than a 10-minute walk from the major bust stops and ferry station. Our room did not have a shower but that is an American complaint. There is not a restaurant on the property but they don't need one with so many around. Love the room! Would definitely return.

We liked: the hotel is situated very centrally in the middle near the palace area. The large room was quiet. We didn’t like: the floors weren’t clean enough for white socks. There was limited place for e.g. toilet appliances in the bathroom. No hangers for coats. Inconvenient sitting areas in the room and no common social areas available. Breakfast served at restaurant 5-10 minutes away offered limited selection, e.g. little or no fruit. Wine was sold in the reception, but there were no suitable glasses available. Proposal: the room was nice and had good potential, but much more can be done to improve convenience. E.g. arrange a freshly furnaced sitting area with a table in the room. Arrange hangers for outdoor clothes. Make better use of the large bathroom area, with e.g. shelves or similar for the guests’ personal appliances.

Nice place. Situated in the middle of everything. Make sure to arrange parking before arrival. The elevator is on the second floor so you have to walk up two flights of stairs before reaching it then another two flights before getting to our room. Were promised a bottle of sparkling wine which we had to request. Although bottles of Moet are pictured what they delivered was pretty lousy. No ice available in the hotel.
