Aiva mahtava pieni ja kodikas perhehotelli, jonka omistaja otti meidät sydämellisesti vastaan. Sijainti on täydellinen, muutaman minuutin kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin. Hotelli on todella siisti ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Aamupala oli laitettu esille kauniisti ja henkilökunta teki toiveiden mukaan munakkaita ja vohveleita. Suurimman vaikutuksen teki kuitenkin palvelu, joka oli ainutlaatuista. Saimme perusteelliset vinkit kaupungin ruokapaikkoihin ja nähtävyyksiin. Omistaja tarjoutui jopa viemään meidät bussipysäkille, ettei meidän tarvitsisi raahata laukkuja perässä. Ehdottomasti suosittelen.

A hidden gem
We spent last two nights at the end of our holiday in Splendid Palace and it was absolutely a luxurious stay. We were greeted with welcome drinks straight away and there was even a wine bottle waiting for us in the room as it was our honeymoon. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Pool was wonderful addition in the middle of hot summer. It was nice and cooling to dip into the pool after walking around the town. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Just a short walk away from the beach, port and old town. Breakfast was versatile and good (bread, eggs, yogurt, muesli, fruits, juice, coffee etc.). The staff was so helpful and gave many tips about what to do and where to eat in the town. They really made us feel welcome and relaxed. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Siisti, rauhallinen hotelli
Tunsimme itsemme todella tervetulleiksi ja meitä kohdeltiin koko matkan ajan kuin vip-vieraita. Ilmapiiri oli erittäin ystävällinen ja rento, henkilökunta hyvin palvelualtista olematta kuitenkaan liian tyrkkyjä. Huone ja koko hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen. Sijainti on erinomainen lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia.

Upea paikka, mahtavaa palvelua
Sopivasti pari sataa metriä ydinkeskustan vieressä rauhallisella pikkukadulla. Viimeisen päälle moderni ja siisti hotelli, jonka henkilökunta hakee vertaistaan!! Todella laadukas ja riittävän laaja aamiainen. Pieni uima-allas ja ilmaiset pyyhkeet, aurinkotuolit ja voiteet. Saavuimme heti aamulla, tunteja ennen checkiniä. Meille tarjottiin aamiainen talon piikkiin ja huonekin valmistui käden käänteessä. Pikkusviitti oli tosi tilava ja viihtyisä! Hotellissa vain 10 huonetta, joten tunnet itsesi vipiksi!

A new hotel with excellent service
A brand new hotel with excellent service. The location is within walking distance from historic city center. The beds are really soft (too soft for me) and the neighbourhood is only starting its gentrification process.

Marija was fabulous! She is an expert on all things Croatia and had an answer for every one of our many questions. She was so friendly, helpful and kind and seemed to genuinely love her job. Our room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was incredible. We reserved a parking spot ahead of time which is recommended. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the palace.

One of the best places I have stayed in quite a while! Rooms were very nice and comfortable, great bathroom with plenty of hot water, very effective air conditioning. The breakfast was amazing - a tower of goodies for each table and you can order from the kitchen (great omelette). Marija was an excellent host, one of the best - great recommendations and so helpful!

This is a great place to stay! Every member of the staff is friendly and attentive to our needs. The facility is extremely clean, has an amazing breakfast included in the room price. Although it was just a block away from the palace, it was very quiet and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Could not recommend more highly - impeccable service, they really go above and beyond. Our room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Great hotel in a fantastic location close to the Old town but in a quiet area. Exceptionally clean and well maintained , our room was excellent , the AC worked superbly and did not keep us awake. Marija and Mihaela were superb hosts and so helpful from before our arrival right up to our departure. I have stayed in many hotels for leisure and business and I would definitely rate this as one of the best experiences.

Spendida Palace is an immaculate hotel with rooms that are well appointed (if small). The staff was fabulous. I was unable to go to breakfast, when my wife went the general manager packed a breakfast for my wife to give to me. Also, the last day of y stay I was taking a very early taxi - arranged by hotel - the GM gave me her card and told me to call her if there was any problem. My wife said the breafkasts were excellent

Marija and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The rooms were small but elegant and well equipped. Breakfast was included and was perfect to start our day. They arranged a driver to Plitvice Lakes for us who was wonderful. Such a great experience!

Best place to stay in Split
When reading the reviews for Splendida Palace every single review was a 10/10 and now I see why. Everything about Splendida Palace was amazing. From the pre-arrival communication to check-out and even beyond Marija and the team are top-class. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. We had the Riva room and it was lovely to be able to relax outside on the sun loungers. The location is excellent too. Just two minutes walk to the old town. Marija really makes Splendida Palace special, she has the best recommendations and goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. Hvala Marija. Splendida Palace are following covid protocols and masks are worn in inside common areas. Breakfast was lovely, continental breakfast but some hot dishes could also be ordered. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If you are bringing a car then I'd definitely recommend a small car as the streets are narrow, which is to be expected in Split.
