”A luxurious hotel right by the sea and next to the harbor. Excellent breakfast and the whole staff really friendly. The staff helped with luggage both upon arrival and departure. We had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting in the room but no wine glasses. It took 3 phone calls and an hour's wait to finally get the wine glasses in the room. Overall, the accommodation experience was very pleasant and I can definitely recommend this hotel.”

”Wifi was very good. Since the building is new, or at least totally renovated, room was nice and clean. Staff was ok and polite. Breakfast was one of the best. Spa is in the one of the older buildings, and you can see that. The poolarea was okay but not more, not even close to luxus. In the private beach there was lot of free sunbaths and the area was nice. Fitness room was very good.”

”Sijainti on aivan loistava historiallisessa remontoidussa kiinteistössä. Remontointi oli kauttaaltaan laadukasta ja executive suite puitteiltaan aivan upea. Ongelmana oli, että WC- istuimen vesisäiliö täyttyi vain aika ajoin. Huomautin siitä vastaanottoon kolmasti, mutta asia jäi lopulta korjaamatta. Joka kerta vastaanottovirkailija tarttui kyllä asiaan ja ainakin kahdesti korjaaja kävi paikan päällä saamatta asiaa kuitenkaan kuntoon. Luultavasti korjaus vaatisi ammattimiehen ja varaosia, jotta...

”Make sure to check your email after you book in. The front desk closes at 7 PM. It can be difficult to get into the building after that.”

”Close to the Train Centrale; a 10 min leisure walk. The room is very clean, staff was friendly, accommodating and communication was excellent through What’s App and detailed instructions for after hours operation was simple and straight forward. Left luggage by receptionist was very helpful. All was wonderful. A 10 AM checkout was a bit early but I managed. ”
