Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please be mindful of noise — this is a historic building with original wood floors that carry sound.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. A $250 fee will apply for violation.

No Pets Allowed

No Parties or Events:
Unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. A $1,000 fine will apply for any party-related disturbances.

Maximum Occupancy: 4 Guests
Only registered guests are allowed in the unit at any time.

Minimum Age to Book: 18

Please Note:
The Bickett was built in 1905 and retains all of its original charm — including 25 stairs with a landing and original wood flooring. If guests could handle it in 1920, we believe you’ve got this too
