”I have stayed at this hotel a few times recently. This time was not good. I'm wondering if it's under new management. I am disabled and have to have an accessible room. The room I was in this time had no towel bars at all. We were given only one washcloth each. There is no waste basket by the sink in the bathroom area. The ironing board broke as soon as we tried to put it up. It was very noisy. They did not allow any kind of late checkout, even for the disabled. The door to the room has no way...

”Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location”

”I loved the outdoor space. The pool and courtyard are absolutely beautiful! The rooms spacious. There is a lot of space everywhere. The rooms have balconies, which is really nice. The bathroom is updated and very spacious. The hotel is also quite unique and fun.”
