”The facilities was very clean and looked up, kept throughout the entire state. The staff was more than nice, always accommodating and willing to help out with whatever crazy question assistance we may have needed. ”

”Saturday night we were using the swimming pool and then the gym Both were out of towels I asked the front desk for help but the woman was rude”

”Well, they couldn’t find my reservation to begin with. Then we notified them the phone did not work, the sink was plugged and the heat/air didn’t work well at all! You either were baking or freezing, no comfortable zone! Needless to say, nothing was done to correct our requests! Dirty towels and rags were also left in our room! People were really friendly, accommodations were lacking! ”

”Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location”

”Room was clean. Bed mattress was on an oversized metal frame that was not secured so the mattress slid. No grab bars or shelf in the shower. Shower floor was very slippery.”

”Staff and amenities were great. Everything was clean. We did notice that there wasn’t a microwave up in our room so we asked if there was a microwave that we could heat our leftovers up and the staff offered tobring a microwave up to a room so we could use it absolutely amazing. At the pool and hot tub were very clean. And it was our anniversary so I ordered a roses for my wife. They showed up on the day of our anniversary and the arrangement was absolutely amazing.”
