Within a few blocks, you'll find world-class shopping at River Park Square, live music and comedy, and outdoor adventure at Riverfront Park. After an action-packed day, head back to your fully equipped travel apartment for some rest and relaxation, where you'll find conveniences like a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and fast WiFi.

This apartment is one of our interior units that feature windows to a lightwell in the middle of the building adorned with playful kites! While smaller than our other units, these apartments contain all of our typical amenities and are said to be on the quieter side due to their interior location.

Ideal location for volleyball games

Central location for volleyball games at the Podium and Convention Center. Downtown shopping and restaurants with a half mile. Only downside of my stay was some noise woke me up every morning around 4 am. Could never figure it out. Running water, industrial fans,?

This was a very clean, safe and homey property at a very affordable rate. I had zero issues with booking, payments or accessing the property. It is a step up from the typical hotel stay and comes with a full kitchen - sink, dishwasher, four burner stove w/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full fridge - there's also a washer and dryer in unit with two loads worth of complimentary detergent. The location was pretty ideal for our stay. The Riverfront Park and all it has to offer is about a two to five minute walk down the street as well as the convention center and the mall and AMC theater is about a ten minute walk. Checkout was a breeze and all we had to do was load the dishwasher and run it - should there be dirty dishes - didn't even need to unload it. The only negative comment I have isn't so much about the property itself but, planes passing over can be a little loud in the AM when trying to sleep. They didn't bother me and I slept well but, it's something to consider if you're a light sleeper. Units are provided with white noise machines to help with that though, to their credit.

Perfect for a quick stay downtown

Overall it was just what I needed. The only issue I had to make it a 4* and not 5* was my room let in quite a bit of outside light and I had some issues with the AC. Not major issues, but enough to hurt my sleep a little.

Clean, Easy, very accurate listing

Everything was spotless, perfect, and exactly as described. The fully automated system made everything function flawlessly, and I really enjoyed my stay. The kitchen and coffee maker were perfect for leftovers.

Beyond Phenomenal

My wife and I travel a lot, and this was one of our very few stays when reality far exceeded expectation. We expected the photos to be merely representative of our apartment, but in reality they showed our exact apartment. The appliances and furnishings shown in the photos look great, but their actual quality, thoughtful selection and the cleanliness of our apartment far exceeded what photos are capable of depicting. So, we'd give this property 10 stars out of 5 for truth in advertising. The location and neighbourhood in downtown Spokane are excellent, though parking was expensive and a bit inconvenient. Upon check-in, we weren't given any access code and had difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi but friendly calls with the property manager resolved those issues quickly. Every other aspect of our stay was perfect and we'd definitely return if the need arose in the future.

Very clean and quiet!

I think this was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at. It was very quiet and had excellent security. The kitchen is tiny but has everything you need and the washer and dryer were nice to Have since I was there for 10 days. I will definitely stay here again!
