This cozy home has multiple living spaces and a beautifully remodeled and fully stocked kitchen. You will find yourself never wanting to leave this comfortable, clean and beautiful space!



The Space:

South Valley Estate with rare main floor living, an abundance of space. The spacious kitchen features vaulted ceilings and an island. There are multiple living spaces all complete with smart TV's. Each bedroom is complete with a sound machine. There is an additional bedroom not included in the listing photos which includes a queen sized bed. There is a ring camera doorbell on the front door. (Basement Bedrooms have none egressed windows)



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and front and back yards.



The Neighborhood:

Hiking- (Dishman Hills Conservation Area - Iller Creek Conservation Area)



Other Things to Note:

Use of the hot-tub requires a few specific rules.

1. No Food or Drink in the Hot tub

2. Shower or rinse off before use

3. Turn off all jets/lights/waterfalls after use and cover!



Other Items

1. The fireplaces are prohibited from being used.

We are available for normal contact between 8am and 9pm, but always available by phone for emergencies.
