”The hotel is clean and staff is nice. Working was great.”

”We liked the suite we stayed in. The access into the hotel was limited to just the main lobby. It was a little inconvenient when we let our dog out to have to walk around the building to get back in. Also, we were charged the full room rate, even though I booked through Expedia and had rewards that should have been apples.”

”Took a while to get hot water, at first I thought there wasn't any but after it ran for a while it finally got hot. The shower head had low pressure and the soap wouldn't lather. Side door was always ajar even at night so anyone could have come in. Parking was convenient, staff friendly enough but had to ring a bell for service. Breakfast only on weekends. Room was fairly clean. You ger what you pay for.”

”Pools not heated, the rooms very comfortable, and very clean, quiet and walking distance to store - dogwalk area with doggie pickup bags! Really great experience!”

”Trash piled up outside of our room the entire stay no lights working inside on the vanity bathroom toilet did not work properly housekeeping did not come the entire time”

”Fridge was full of food still and the bed spreads had bad stains and there was trash still in room. Air-conditioning was out for the first 20 min we got that going ourselves finally. Ice machine on our floor was broken and we had no TV remote and phone in room to call desk was broken. Place looked like it hadn't been updated since 1979. We got some rest but we wont stay again especially for $200 a night. Should have been $39 tops.”

”Room was disgusting, and did get my money back, but all the manager could say was sorry and that he just recently just took over, not an acceptable answer for a property manager.”

”Let's start with the room it was not clean there was mold on the wall one table lamp no other light in the room. The security latch on the door was broken. Like out friends staying in another room we had bugs for roommates.Saturday morning was going to breakfast the lobby door handle was broken when I pulled the door open I managed to break three fingernails. We did not partake of the breakfast after looking around. Putting it politely the board of health would have had a field day if they did...

”Wow! An absolutely beautiful room. Honestly, better than the pictures in my opinion. Great for anyone who loves traditional architecture and antiques, but might also love a luxury bath and all the special accents. ”

”Just outside of Harrisburg, Fairfield Inn & Suites in Mechanicsburg is an excellent place to stay if visiting local attractions. Just off of I-81, the hotel is conveniently located. The property is clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are larger sized and very comfortable. The free breakfast is very good as well. It is a quality hotel.”
