Lakewood is a brand new lake house on the quiet public side of Lake Anna, directly across the water from the State Park, and designed to feel like a boutique luxury hotel rather than a rental. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a covered pavilion at the water's edge, and an interior unlike anything else on the lake. The house sleeps 14 with room to spare.

Two levels, two moods. The main floor is open and light, and the lower level is moody by design.

With a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated office, two living rooms, and a game room, there is room for the whole group to spread out and one table to come back to.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire house, yard, fire pit, water pavilion, and driveway.

The house sits on nearly two acres of wooded land with a private shoreline, so there is room to walk, play, and disappear for a while without leaving the property.

When you do head out, everything is close. Lake Anna State Park sits directly across the water, about four minutes around by road, with its beach, boat launches, and trails. The Anna Point Marina is 5 min away where you can rent boats or launch your own boat. The Food Lion in Mineral is a ten-minute run for groceries, and Callie Opie’s Orchard is right near there, about twelve minutes out and a good spot for a meal when no one feels like cooking.

- Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM, with keyless entry and your own door code
- Up to 14 guests. Your guest count should match your booking.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM to 6 AM. This is a quiet residential lake community, so please be a good neighbor.
- Parking for 6: 4 in the driveway and two in the main garage. No parking or driving on the grass.
- No parties, events, or unregistered guests. No smoking inside or out. No fireworks or firearms.
- No pets. Service animals are welcome where required by law.
- The house runs on a private well and a septic system, so only toilet paper down the toilets. There is no garbage disposal.
- Firewood is not provided. Bring your own or pick it up on the way in.
- The shoreline is shallow and the water level moves with the season, so the pavilion is for sitting and the view, not for swimming off or tying up a boat. Please supervise children near the shoreline and the fire pit, and wear life jackets on the water.
- Exterior cameras cover the driveway and front entrance. An indoor device reads noise levels only, with no audio or video. There are no cameras inside the house.

★★ Important / Guest Requirements ★★
- The person booking must be 25 or older and present for the stay.
- Before check-in, the person booking signs our rental agreement through a secure link sent after booking. Please complete it before arrival so your door code can go out on time.
- $1,000 refundable security deposit, held on a card and released after check-out once the house has been checked.
