    House on vain yksi ja puoli tuntia pois pääkaupunkiseudun DC ja tunnin päässä Richmond. Marina sisällä minuutin ajomatkan No-Wake vyöhyke, joka tekee asetukset erittäin rauhallinen.

The house is set up extremely well for families with young children and toddlers. Comfortable, roomy and has everything you would need. Easy access to the unit. The beach is a nice area , with a quiet area to float. There are 46 steps to walk down to the dock and beach. Incase you have someone in your party that struggles with stairs. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property! We hope to return in the future!

We had a great last minute weekend at Lake Anna! This house is well-equipped for families - any kitchen supplies you could need, toys for younger children, ping pong/pool for older kids and adults, playground and basketball next to the house, and easy lake access. The bunk room is upstairs next to one of the queen bedrooms and one queen room is on the main level (this wasn't clear to me on the listing - maybe I didn't read enough) which worked well for us. Host is very friendly and responsive!

The amenities were great. We used the kitchen a lot and it had everything we needed. The place was also very spacious and had lots of fun games for kids, teens, and adults.

We loved this place! It was truly perfect for a young family. Having a toy room, the playground, and the beach/lake area all in one place was exactly what we were looking for. Our daughter never got bored and we never had to go anywhere besides a short drive to the grocery store. We plan to stay here again.

Great Lake Getaway For A Boardgame Weekend

Spacious, comfortable, and far enough away from Northern Virginia to feel like a real getaway. Gorgeous lake view and a large sturdy table that is great for board games. We absolutely will look for this property in the next time we want a nerdy board game weekend.

Lake Anna

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Anna with my Sisters family who were visiting from England. 5 kids from 18months to 10years and all had a fabulous time. Great sized home, fully equipped and no issues. We will def be returning. Great stay.

Perfectly functional house!

This house was perfectly functionsl for our families: fully equipped kitchen, spacious basement, fully furnished bug free deck, boat house, small sandy beach, plenty of shade and THE LAKE within steps! Highly recommending it for a group of 8-12!

Great Lake

Perfect for my daughter and her husband and our 3 year old grandson. Much time spent on the bottom floor enjoying the toys, ping pong, pool table, tv. Nice open floor plan on the main floor. Well stocked kitchen, outside grille...we like to cook. Porch overlooking the lake is a great place to spend an afternoon. Good fishing off the dock.

Fantastic Home Away from Home

House was perfect for our family (2 young kids) we were pleasantly surprised how well equipped it was for the kids. We had a blast swimming in the lake and hanging out on the boat dock. Kitchen had all utensils/pots/pans, etc needed to cook great meals or grill on the weber out back. Super quiet and perfect spot on the lake, deep swimming with no boat traffic. Playground and basketball court were a big plus. Big screened in porch was a wonderful morning coffee spot or late night relax. Would love to stay here again!

This was our first time staying at this property. We found that the house was very clean when we arrived, the towels and linens were in great shape, the general living space was very spacious for our party, the kitchen had every type of pan and appliance we needed, the refrigerator had enough space for everyone's cold items, and the basement play area was very entertaining for our younger kids (5yrs old down to 2yrs old). There is a Food Lion within perhaps a 7 minute drive from the property, so getting fresh produce and deli products was very convenient. This was also our first stay at Lake Anna. Although we were concerned about how warm the lake would be and if there would be enough room for our family to do endless skiing and tubing, our fears were immediately gone. The water was a very inviting 82-85 degrees, and on cooler mornings, being in the water was almost better than being on our boat. And based on where this house is located, we could be going full speed in less than a minute of pulling away from our dock. It's actually neat that the "beach" and dock are in a "no wake" zone and also in a dead end because we never had to be concerned with boat traffic when swimming right off the dock or within 100 yards of the property. And a marina with multiple boat ramps is located right across the water from the property. That's very convenient!Bottom line: Our family has decided we want to return to this property every summer.

Great place for young children

The house was spacious, clean, well-equipped and perfect for family with 2 children under age 5. The play area in the lower level and playground were used daily. My husband enjoyed shooting hoops on the black top. Dock was great for granddad and granddaughter fishing. We enjoyed the canoe we rented for 5 days. The porch was great for the view of the lake and listening to the amazing variety of birds in the area. Gas grill a plus. Host very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Location

Perfect location for bass fishing access all over the lake. Dock is plenty big enough for 2 bass boats. Nice deeper water for swimming in a secluded cove. House is plenty well stocked with just about everything you could need. It does echo a lot in the house so it's tough to get up to fish early without disturbing everyone else.

Ideal spot for families with kids!

This property is fantastic! Clean, roomy and well stocked! The big table is ideal for family dinners and the lower level is a perfect spot for the kids to hang out! We have stayed in both the Summer and now in Autumn and both experiences were great! We can’t wait to plan our next visit!

Perfect House for Families with kids

The house is perfect lake front property that has something for all ages and more than enough space to spread out. The kids play area was perfect since we had 3 under 4 kids. The screened porch was a favorite place to hang out for adults :) Located in middle of the lake with deep water off the dock made for good boating. Only complaint was main TV being in very large open area with 20' ceiling, which made the audio hard to hear. Recommend Sound Bar. Really like the electronic lock on door eliminated need to pickup key. Had plenty of linens and towels for long weekend. Not cheap, but we definitely recommend house
