”We stayed in this four bedroom home because our townhouse was too small for three visiting granddaughters and one visiting daughter. The kids had a blast with the air hockey and the pool. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Comfortable home. Well equipped kitchen and nice sized dining room. It was neat and clean. And the owners were very attentive.”

”Very charming house with river access. We had a wonderful time tubing the Guadalupe river and enjoying the beautiful property. Two foxes and a racoon visited us in the evening while we enjoyed the cool breeze on the covered deck. We also enjoyed morning yoga near the river.”

”The house was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location couldn’t have been better and the pool/hot tub were amazing after a day on the river. It does have an induction stove which is tricky if you’re not used to it but the grill was great. Would definitely come back! ”

”We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a cozy cottage, which is exactly as described. Basically this is a studio apartment in the form of a cottage. Huge bathroom with huge walk-in shower and very big bathtub. It was everything we needed. ”

”Overall, this house was perfect for our long weekend in San Antonio! Brand new house in a small subdivision close to the interstate.The one small issue we had was taken care of quickly and didn’t get in the way of our trip! We loved the layout of the house. The main is on the back of the house with the other bedrooms at the front. Great space for family or for adults needing privacy. Would definitely recommend staying here!”

”5 Stars – Perfect Getaway with the Best Backyard!We had an amazing stay at this property! The highlight for us was definitely the backyard—it was an absolute dream. Between the pickleball court, pool, and hot tub, there was always something fun to do. The space was clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing or being active. Inside the house, everything was just as described—comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. The host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed....

”This is our fourth annual trip for the New Braunfels area with our four kids (8, 6, 4 and 10 months). First time to stay at this house, and we will totally stay here every time if possible. The house was the perfect size, great location, peaceful, clean, etc. From the moment of opening the door, there was thought and care with a little note, some snacks, soap, etc. I can’t recommend this house enough. The host was very responsive when asked a question. ”

”The house was perfect for our large family vacation! 6 adults, 4 kids and 2 babies were very comfortable here. The master closet is perfect for a pack N play (even has a vent). The kids loved having the pop-a-shot and everyone loved the beds (they are Helix mattresses and very comfy). We were very close to Schliterbaun (our main reason for the visit) and downtown. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but appreciated that they had spices and even coffee available. Overall a great stay and we’d...

”The house is very nice and clean with tile flooring throughout. Comfy beds, nice linens/towels and plenty of supplies. Quiet area with wildlife - saw deer and a fox in very nice landscaped backyard. A/C worked well to compensate for the Texas heat. No issues with WiFi. Host was very responsive and accommodating.”
